Who we are
Excelsior Slabs is a collectibles store based in Alpharetta, Georgia. We sell trading cards, comics, toys and related items online and in person. Questions about this policy: [email protected] or (555) 010-6633.
The short version
We don't run accounts, ads or tracking. Browsing the site requires no personal information at all, and the only details we ever receive are the ones you hand over to place an order.
Your cart stays in your browser
Items you add to your cart are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). Nothing from your browsing or cart is sent to us until you check out, and clearing your browser data clears your saved cart.
Checkout and payments
Orders are processed through PayPal. Payment details are transmitted directly between your browser and PayPal — we never see or store your card number, billing address or financial account information. We keep only what is needed to fulfill and support your order: your name, shipping address, the items purchased, and the order total.
Order records
We retain order details so we can ship your item, process returns within our 14-day window, and resolve any disputes. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Your host provider may log basic request data (such as your IP address and browser type) as part of standard infrastructure operation. PayPal operates under its own privacy policy for transactions processed through it.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics. The site does not set persistent cookies; any session state lives in your browser only.
Children's privacy
The store is intended for general audiences and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we add features that change what information we handle, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
